How do I give another person access to my dog?
To be able to give another person access to your dog, you first need to ensure that the dog has been converted to a 'Registry Dog'
To give another person access to your dog, they can add the dog as normal. When they try to add the dog, the system will send the Admin of the dog an email with instructions on how to authorise their access. Click on the link in the email to view the 'Security Access' for the dog.
From the 'Security Access' tab, click on the 'Authorise' button and select the appropriate permissions for the other person, then click on 'Update'.
How do I request access to another person's dog?
To request access to another person's dog, you need to add the dog as per normal. When you add the dog to your account, the system will send an email with instructions to the current Admin of the dog. The Admin of the dog will then need to approve your access.
