When dogs are updated from the Dogs Australia database, the name of the dog will be in our system exactly as it appears in the Dogs Australia database. There are however, some breeds that need the Breed Survey and Hep/Elbow status to be included as part of the catalogue, so the system will allow you to input these values and they will be included as part of the dog's name in the catalogue.
Exhibitor - How do I add my Breed Survey or Hip/Elbow?
From the dog's details page, click on 'Edit' and look for the Breed Survey Status and Hip/Elbow Status fields, input the text that you want to appear as part of the dog's name, and the system will append these to the dog's name when the catalogue is generated. For example, with a German Shepherd Dog you would input the asterix * or AZ.

Club - How do I include the Breed Survey or Hip/Elbow in the catalogue?
From the 'Configure Catalogue' page, click on 'Edit' and tick the 'Include Breed Survey Status In Dogs Name' and 'Include Heip/Elbow Status In Dogs Name' boxes and save. For some breed speciality shows where this is a common setting, the system will default these options for you, and they will be on by default.
