Club System Credits can be used as prizes for an event. The prize will add the nominated System Credits amount into the exhibitors account to be used for future purchases.
There are two ways that you can add Club System Credits. When closing the event, you can nominate an amount to the held as Club System Credits or you can redeem a System Credits Gift Voucher. System Credit Gift Vouchers can be purchased from your user account. Click here for more information.
The Club System Credits balance can be viewed from the 'Club Details' page.

How to Hold Funds for Credit Prizes
When closing the online entries, input the amount of funds to be held for Credit Prizes. The system will give you the total funds available from the event that you can hold.
When a payment run is executed and the funds are deposited into the club's bank account, this will also generate the Club System Credits to be available to for Event Prizes.
How to Redeem a System Credits Voucher
From the Club Details page, click on the 'Club System Credits' tab, then click on 'the 'Add System Credits Gift Voucher' button. Input your redemption code and click on Submit.
MENU > CLUB AREA > MY CLUBS > CLUB NAME > CLUB SYSTEM CREDITS
The system will now allocate the funds from the voucher to be used as Club System Credits. Your Club Credits balance can be checked from the 'Club System Credits' tab.
