Change the Judging Breed Order

If your show is running different order than normal you can easily set the sequence order of the breeds by clicking on the 'Breeds' link for the Judge.

From the configure catalogue page click on the 'Judges' tab, then for the selected judge click on the 'Breeds' link.

The system will now list all the breeds for that judge and will also have the default sequence order for that breed, from this page you can simply change the sequence order to modify the order in which the breeds are being judged and this will also affect the exhibit numbers when they are generated.

From the top of the Breed page there is also an option 'Bulk Order Judge Breeds', this will allow you to more quickly update the sequence order of the breeds in the cases where the breeds may start mid group or if the breeds are reversed to normal.

If your show is running an out of sequence judging, for example, L-Z then A-K you can select the first breed being judged. Alternatively, from this page, you can also simple reverse the normal judging order by selecting the 'Reverse Order' option to easily change the order of Judging.

 

Setting the breed order will also flow through to the tabets and other software and reports.
