Setting the limits on the number of entries can be done a few different ways at different levels.
- Judge Limit - The number of entries allowed for the Judge for the event.
- Judge Class Limit - The number of entries allowed for this Judge's class.
- Judge Group Limit - The number of entries allowed for this Judge's group.
Other options that can be configured by support are also:
- Event Limit - Limit the number of entries for the entire event.
- Class Limit - Limit the number of entries for the class.
To set the Judge limits try the follow instructions:
* Note: Catalogue access is required to be able to set the judge limits.
- From the menu click on 'Club Area' and select 'Club Events'.
- Click on the event name to view the event details page.
- From the event details page, in the 'Catalogue Section' click on the 'Configure Catalogue' button.
- Click on the 'Judges' tab from the Configure Catalogue page.
Dog Sports
When viewing the judges for a dog sports event the system will list all the classes and you are able to select a judge for each class. Click on the 'Edit' button and in the 'Judge' input box type the last name of the judge and the system will search for that judge, click on the judge name to select that judge.
'Max Entries' will set the limit of entries for this class.
'Max Judge Entries' will set the limit of entries for this judge. This setting only needs to be set once for the judge on any of the classes for the rule to apply.
Conformation
When viewing the judges for a conformation event the system will list all the breed groups in one section then below it will list all the special classes (Property & Sweepstakes). Click on the 'Edit' button and in the 'Judge' input box type the last name of the judge and the system will search for that judge, click on the judge name to select that judge.
'Max Entries' will set the limit of entries for this breed group.
'Max Judge Entries' will set the limit of entries for this judge. This setting only needs to be set once for the judge on any of the groups for the rule to apply.
The same options can be selected for the special classes to be able to limit the number of entries for the specal class.
