Fixing a result is the same process as when the results were first input, the only difference is that the event results might be locked.

Download the Event
You will then need to download the event by clicking on the 'Download' button at the top of the page and input the Event ID and Access Code, you will find this on the catalogue reports page where you generated and downloaded your catalogue.
Click on the Event Name to start correcting any results.
Unlock the Event Results
When you select the event you may get a message to indicate that the results are locked. To unlock the results please follow these instructions;
- From the Menu click on 'Home'
- Below the Event Name click on the 'Tools' button.
- From the Tools Page click on the 'Unlock Results' button
Publish Revised Marked Catalogue
* If the event is a Conformation Show the show will need to be finalised before the marked catalogue can be published. Click on the 'Best In Show' button, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Finish Show' button. This will finalise the show and lock the results again.
When you are all done click on 'Home' from the menu to view all the events, below the event name click on the 'Reports' button. From the reports page, you can then publish the marked catalogue.
