The goal of the Mentor Program is to join new exhibitors with experienced exhibitors with a hope that more new exhibitors will be retained.
How does it work?
We have Newcomers and Mentors.
A Newcomer is able to request a Mentor then All Mentors in the state are notified about the Newcomer. The Mentor is able to view basic information about the Newcomer and then apply to be their Mentor.
The Newcomer is given a list of Mentor's from which they can review and choose from. Once a Newcomer chooses a Mentor more contact information is revealed so they can be connected.
