The system can create for you a ready to print 'Application for Title' by selecting 'Application for Title' from the 'Reports' menu option.
MENU > REPORTS > APPLICATION FOR TITLE
Select the appropriate options in the 'Dog Details' section, then from the list of states click on the 'DOWNLOAD' button for your state.
